Permanently in the downed state

I died while getting rezed and was permanently downed. This meant I was only able to move my head around and spot people. There was no timeout and when someone tried to revive me my screen would switch from grey scale to colored but I was still unable to move. People got revive points for reviving me with the deliberators and could do it constantly whoever they could not revive me regularly and I had no icon indicating I was revivable.
