(Potential Bug) 'Crouch (TOGGLE)' is a hardcoded bind?

I play on ALTERNATE button preset. In the process of trying to remap 'DEPLOY BIPOD/MOUNT' to a more suitable button on controller (as the default overlap between that and 'Crouch (TOGGLE)/Prone (HOLD)' effectively makes the bind unusable), I met an issue where my B button (which is 'Crouch (TOGGLE)/Prone (HOLD)' on the DEFAULT preset and 'Melee/Melee Takedown' on the ALTERNATE preset) will now constantly activate 'Crouch (TOGGLE)', regardless of what is bound to it or if there even is a bound at all. This causes issues with overlaps with whatever the B button is also bound to in the moment.
As a test, I removed every controller bind except for movement and camera control, and could still toggle crouch with the B button. This is also an issue on keyboard, as unbinding the default key for 'Crouch (TOGGLE)' , C, still allows me to toggle crouch.
