This issue is intermittent, but hitting Esc and selecting 'Quit to Menu' often won't work at all. It will have you confirm your selection, then will return to the pause screen.
I've tried repeating the selection, but it seems the only way to exit the game is to Alt+F4
I noticed this, had to alt F4 to start a new game. There's three buttons and bottom after games ends, Continue with a count down. If i pressed it, normally it would start the next round after matchmaking but I noticed 2 other buttons. Stick with Squad and next round. Next round was in green but looked messed up with what looked like QR codes. Pressing it did nothing. Beta weekend 1 is when I first noticed it.
