Random Blinding Static Light
On the map Siege of Cairo, behind Point E, there is a random blinding light in one of the alleyways that appears to have no source. It takes up a huge portion of the screen and makes it entirely invisible.

I have confirmed that this bug also exists on the breakthrough version of this Map as well.
