Replaced by Bot During Match - Watched First Person

During a match, I was trying to respawn by alternating pressing [Space] and [R] in a team deathmatch. When I "respawned" my screen was flashing a message 'NO AMMO' and I was not in control of my character. It was being played automatically. I was alive along with my other three teammates so I was not unknowingly spectating an ally. I have a video clip link from Medal.
