100% Reproducible from what I can tell. Seems to give you a permanent sliding inaccuracy penalty.To trigger: Jump out of a slide -> Be crouched when landing. (The hipfire crosshair gets larger after triggering)To fix slide again.

To be more specific it only triggers when you get a small slide animation upon landing
