Rubber-banging issue as the game goes on

I have the same issue game runs normal graphics wise even tested in the shooting range, but only I'm surfing dying before I see someone shooting and etc while my ping is low in game and in the other games I play everything is normal and the connection test says there is no package lost and low jitter. I hope this get fixed cause it killed my hype for the game.
