Shots don't register

I have played all battlefield games, and I am veteran player of the series. In my case even at 47 ping the shots don't register so it's not latency problem and others are able to kill me in 0.25 seconds. I cannot buy this game if this is how it will be and many out there feel the same as if we are playing with hackers and by the way this Asian server.
