Slow Motion Bug?

The FPS is smooth yet the game will randomly become slow motion when playing I am unsure if its rubber banding or bottleneck, but I am running well above the recommended specs

Ryzen 7 5700X + 9070 XT

I follow a streamer who was having this issue.
Now he's playing at normal speed.
He says he was using NON-DUAL CHANNEL mode.
Setting the interleaved setting to Dual Channel enabled made the game run normally.

So, I think you need to buy a second memory card to pair with your HyperX Fury.

    Addendum to this comment:

The official minimum requirements for memory in this game is "16GB (Dual channel 2133mhz)." Keywords: "dual channel."

If you're running in single-channel (which is very roughly a 2x memory speed decrease) then, even with 3200mhz memory, you're below minimum requirements and technical issues are to be expected. Low memory speed resulting in a major network-adjacent problem of all things is really weird (I'd personally only expect low FPS, but oh well), but that's the type of thing you risk.

I'm running on DDR4 and don't have a DDR5 system, but I theorize that this issue is non-existent on DDR5 just because DDR5 is roughly 2x faster than DDR4 and thus "single-channel DDR5" is roughly equal to "dual-channel DDR4."

Also, check your CPU specs page to make sure it actually supports dual-channel memory. Some CPUs (like Intel N-Series apparently) only support single-channel memory, and if you're using DDR4 with them you're kinda screwed. I'm 99% sure any CPU designed for gaming will support dual-channel memory (quad-channel is a thing, but most gaming CPUs don't support it for some reason, not even modern high-end ones like the 9950X3D).

I have been having the slow motion (time nudge) issue as well; my laptop's specs are as following: 13th gen Intel i9, 32 GB dual-channel DDR5 RAM at 5600 mhz (but Dell downclocks it to 4800 mhz), RTX 4060, and a 60 Hz OLED (but I connect to monitor with a higher refresh rate).  I've tried all the fixes the online community has recommended, such as checking the graphics settings on the NVIDIA control panel, capping the FPS in-game, trying to overclock the RAM in BIOS (Dell doesn't let me), playing smaller game modes like Dom, etc.  All my drivers and software are updated.  The only feature in BF6 that is working smoothly for me is the firing range.  Are there any other known potential fixes?  If not, I guess I've got to play the waiting game while the devs find a remedy.

I want to enjoy it, rush is cool, but i cant play **bleep**ing conquest because a **bleep** invented time nudge or whatever and added it into the game engine. I **bleep**ing hope that they fix it, or im gonna refund the game. Its **bleep**ing not enjoyable, move like a snail... **bleep**ing joke. Even Star Citizen runs better on my laptop, and thats an unfinished bughole alpha game-project... I have stable and enjoyable fps, but this slowmo kills the game for me and also my patience

I have 32 GB ram on XMP profile, 7700X and 3080Ti, and these TIME NUDGE spikes are ruining the game for me. I was looking forward to buying the game, but I'm having 2nd thoughts now. I don't know if they will notice this issue and take steps to fix it, as players are frustrated that something which is not their fault is making them feel defeated while playing. This is absurd and disappointing.

After successful optimization, game is smooth everything except conquest now. Still after launching OBS even smaller maps fps drops about 20-30 frames so have to play without streaming, which absolutely sucks :( hope they fix the cpu-loads etc, because the game itself is really nice..
