Sniper Rifle Bug, No Reload and No 100+M

While using the Sniper Rifle, when scoped in (ADS), the gun will NOT reload (slide the bolt), unless I scope back out (NO ADS). Also,  while using the first factory scope, when ADS, the scope will only stay 100M, when changed to 200, 300, 400, 500M, the scope will not change, will only stay 100M, UNTIL the gun is FIRED, the scope will then zoom in to the desired depth. Once fired, I have to no longer ADS, gun will reload, then I’ll ADS, then as stated above only see 100M when 500M is selected, fire, then it’ll zoom in. 

On Xbox, this makes the sniper useless for me, which is unfortunate. Haven’t been able to use the Sniper rifle at all when I want to use it the most.
