Spawn Beacon not placed although placement animation plays

Agreed this happened to me as well. I would throw the supply bag down refill another support shield then place it down. Then the previous support shield I had placed shows up where I placed it previously. Usually it was as a teammate ran by as I was placing it and/or near rubble.
