Spawn becon disaperes on deployment

Sometimes when you plaze a spawnbecon it instantly disaperes. And the equipment charge is spent. Kinda annoying.

I have noticed that it happens often if you start placing it and before it is placed you start moving.
Or sometimes if you are placing it while moving.
Never happened when I was standing still and placed it.
