Spawn in take damage from nothing

Every so often I spawn in on a point or on a squad member, no combat happening, covered by walls, I'll receive high damage from the wall that will not regenerate till I take more damage which is difficult cause I'm left with about 10  hit points.

Just wanted to add this here for the devs to check out, I'm sure it's been reported on already.
