Step are huge and CPU lost 80% of usage

Hello, I'm having this problem while playing.

It's clear that the CPU is waiting for a step, and this is causing my computer to slow down completely. How can I fix this problem?

My settings aren't particularly high, and I have a pretty good configuration: 
Nvidia GeForce RTX 2060 Super
AMD Ryzen 9 5950X and 32GB of DDR4 3600 RAM.
