Stuck in vehicle camera while controlling infantry, plus respawn bugging out.

I wanted to do some jeep stuff so i spawned on that vehicle, but then the stuff in the attachment happened. I'm not sure what caused this, but i did not have control over the vehicle. I was playing with a friend and asked him to back up just to see where i was.

Then when we died and i respawned, my POV was stuck in some weird grey thing and i used my minimap to get to the next vehicle. Entering that and exiting again fixed it and I didn't notice any bugs for the rest of the match.
