Stuck on fixed camera on spawn and else

Hi! 

Just wanted to share a minor bug that happened to me...!

On spawning in QG (probably I was trying to spawn on a tank but couldn't) my point of view got stuck on QG, but I was still able to move the character.

Couldn't do anything, I just walked to enemy camp while my character became smaller and smaller.

On different occasion it also happened to me to die and couldn't be revived, the problem was I couldn't even leave the game from menu, I did have to alt-tab and forcing the game to close.

It was not a crash because I still was in game and my friends could see me, and the game was running fine (I still could move the camera).
