This happened multiple times during Beta 1, and is happening again.
After a match is complete it is not searching or loading into another game, merely the screen is stuck on "Matchmaking" at the bottom and won't do anything else unless you quit to main menu and restart matchmaking.
Not sure if my issue is related to yours, but while in a party I was left behind after a match. I was looking at the match stats, and the party leader started into a new match while my screen continued to say "waiting for party leader". On all accessible screens, I was still in a party with him, and could not queue on my own or join his match.
I'm having the same problem since week one, on PC
Having same exact issue , experienced this in the first beta weekend and continue to experience it again in the second beta. Playing on PC through Steam and I continue to get this when playing in a party or solo. In some instances (cross play) myself or my buddy will get into a match while the other is still trying to find a match.
