Stuck Suppression?

Ive realised im getting this stuck suppression (i think its suppression bug) mid fight where the bullet spread is just awful.

I got another clip where i tested the bullet spread and it was fine. a gun fight later i tested the bullet spread again and it was all over the place. But this clip just shows the bug in action.

tried multiple guns, picked up guns etc.
a revive dont fix it, only respawning does..
