Stuck under a tank

Spawned on A section on the map which also was where my team mate was next to a tank on the same spot. Only to spawn under the tank with wheels and tracks around me and unable to move.

Stupid game bug happened twice now if the tank is moving and coming over the area of cover where you are or spawn into. Yeah you get a tank on your head and unable to move.
