Team members character models missing their heads

Dunno if I was the only one to experience this issue, but I noticed very early on into my conquest mission in Cairo after respawning that none of my allied character models had their heads, or the little blue dot over their head indicating that they were a teammate. This error was also accompanied with latency issues and hit registration issues, so there was probably a lot more going wrong with that match. But has anyone noticed their teammates heads disappearing mid match?
