I was able to correct this problem by using DDU to uninstall my video card drivers and did a clean install. I also installed a monitor driver from the manufacturer at the same time. Not sure which was the fix, but I have no issues being full screen on Native resolution. Idk why all of my other games worked fine. But solved now.

The monitor firmware didn't do anything. Must have been a dodgy driver installation?
