After receiving the code from Twitch drops on 31/7. I couldn't activate it for an unknown reason. I tried EA app and Website, but neither works.
When I try to activate it now, it says that "This code has already been redeemed". Note that I haven't shared my code with anyone.

I had a same issue but then I realized you can request your data on your privacy settings on website, so I did that and downloaded it and opened "EA-Account-Info.html" and then went to "Entitlement" and then I saw it... "beta_earlyaccess" on July 31 is ACTIVE. So that means we already activated the code on our accounts but we just didnt get received any confirmation that it was activated maybe because of servers at that moment were f*cked and that is also the reason why the it tells you the code has been reedemed or is invalid.

Same issue here, I wanted to activate it on the evening of the drops, but seeing that the servers were overloaded, I tried again the next day and got the same error message: key already used, but nothing in my library.
