Tinnitus settings do not work

I allready posted this issue 3 days ago, and I understand there aren't many people that find this interesting or important enough because they don't experience the same issues. But not here or on Reddit this subject gets any attention at all. Which makes me kind of sad, because the way the game/ beta is right now, it's actually almost unplayable for people with tennitus or similar hearing problems.

On other forums, you also read people get overwhelmed and exhausted playing this game for a coulple of hours, which in my opinion is also because of the sound design and the use of so many high pitch sound effects. BF always have been a great immersive game, with great sound design, but for BF6 it's just too much and the audio settings aren't sufficient enough to adress certain issues people can have.

I really hope people will give this problem a bit more attention, because as someone who has played almost every BF game from 1942, except for like 3 titles, it would be a big shame to finially have a great new Battlefield game in the franchise again and people can't play it because of a problem they have. Please note that I never had any issues playing other BF titles and I have played quite some BF4, before the open beta. And yes BF4 also has some anoying sounds, but it never was so bad I needed to stop playing after a couple of hours. And I allready play on low/mid volume settings.

It would be really appreciated to get this problem through to EA or DICE, thank you!
