unable to respawn after spawning on a vehicle that just got destroyed

just got a weird bug that completely destroyed the game

If you spawn on a vehicle and it gets destroyed at the perfect time while youre spawning in, youll die, the class select/deploy screen will still be on your screen (except the map, itll look like you just got downed) and youre completely unable to do anything.

no clue if anyone else has experienced this, but i basically had to alt f4 to rejoin
