Thats just an unfortunate thing about xbox streaming.
You cannot stream demo's
You can bypass this by using the xbox app on pc and using screen share and then streaming your pc to twitch
I have streamed plenty of betas from Xbox , don’t see why this one should be any different and its definitely not an Xbox thing
