Vehicle 3rd Person Camera Cannot be Triggered when Vehicle Zoom TOGGLE is Active

This bug prevents Vehicle 3rd Person Camera from being triggered while Vehicle Zoom TOGGLE is active. This is confirmed on PS5.

Currently, when you are in a vehicle and zoomed in via the Vehicle Zoom TOGGLE input, you are unable to get into 3rd person camera by pressing the Vehicle 3rd Person Camera input. Zooming in with a vehicle in this way effectively blocks the input of the 3rd person camera.

This bug is very easy to replicate.

Step 1: Go to settings and bind Vehicle Zoom TOGGLE and Vehicle 3rd Person Camera

Step 2: Get in a vehicle and press the Vehicle 3rd Person Camera input

Step 3: Verify that the input triggers the Vehicle 3rd Person Camera action

Step 4: Press the Vehicle Zoom TOGGLE input. While zoomed this way, press the Vehicle 3rd Person Camera input.

Step 5: Observe that the Vehicle 3rd Person Camera action does not trigger
