Very Blurry screen on Siege of Cario using DLSS Q

My specs 7800x3d + RTX 4800, i play ULTRA + DLSSQ

Randomly after respawn i have very blurry graphic with DLSSQ on Siege of Cario when i switch to Balanced problem is fixed (other maps are fine).
