VFX distortion upon being revived

I was playing breakthrough on medevac when I died and was revived by another player, when I stood up all VFX were distorted covering my screen to an unplayable state, respawning solved the issue.

Thank you EA for making a great game, this is the first bug I've encountered through 8 hours of gameplay
