Video crashing in tank RTX2060

I entered a tank (Pos 1) and the video started freaking out. I exited the tank and it continued. I had to respawn and then it went back to normal. 

I did not have the problem in other positions of the tank. I did not try to drive other vehicles.

I don't know if its caused by the video card or its a bug in the game
