Wall Hacks and kernel level anti cheat causing massive lag

Am I the only one who sees at least one guy a match just sprinting around pre-firing every corner someone's around. The kernel level anti cheat is supposed to identify and perma ban these players but all its done is cause issues with the connection. Either I dumpster people without them even shooting or I'm getting 3-4 hit markers and no damage because I was already dead and the network didn't sync the client and the server properly. This is a beta but they're charging $70 for the full game and demanding hardware access for a problem that isn't being solved by the demand.
