was banned for no reason

New anti-cheat system is recently launched and has undergone extensive testing to ensure accuracy and reliability. During a routine scan, it detected residual data on your device linked to cheating software previously used in other games. This type of trace data can trigger security flags, even if the software is no longer actively in use.

I've never cheated in any game or used anything I've also just fully reset my pc to the only thing I could see it picking up is the buttons on my mouse I have a numpad on my mouse I think there anti cheat is bs if it did this I've had same thing happen with cod anti cheat u just get mass reported for doing good in one game then u banned for a week with no explanation 

You mean my new computer has cheats too? Everything is brand new. How can he prove it? I bought it specifically for the new Battlefield. New motherboard, new hard drive, new graphics card, new processor. These things make me look like an idiot.

ya i apealed they finnaly responed after 5 days and said they did a full investigation and determined that they took the correct action  in acordance with there terms and services and then said if i want to apeal again go here gave me a website and its just website not found so i put in another case but i figure they will give same response i heared peaple getting banned for having valorent or old equipment 

same reason:competitive advantage.they tell me break rules section6,I have a lot of Battlefield in my account and have pre ordered the  Battlefield 6. It's impossible for me to cheat. My record is also very poor, and I'm not sure what happened.

You can appeal directly to the ToS team by using the webform in the link I shared (I've checked that this works just now). Please keep in mind, though, that they only allow a limited number of unsuccessful appeals before they will no longer accept any more from you. 

They have refused to unblock my account twice. The first time they said I cheated, and the second time they said I violated the user agreement.This test successfully made me give up my account and battlefield. It made me a real cheater.
