Weapon Disappearance, Texture Glitches, Menu Issue

My problem is that quite often, when I get revived, I have no weapons, the sounds are messed up, and the textures break apart! This issue also happens quite often when I simply spawn on the map. Sometimes the textures get stuck together and the screen flickers — usually, shaking my mouse quickly fixes it. :) Another problem I occasionally encounter is that when the match ends, I can’t exit to the menu; I can only do so once I’ve been placed into the next match. But there have been cases where even then it didn’t work, and in that case, only using Exit Game helped. :( That’s about it, but overall I really like the game, so I hope you can fix these few issues and everything will be great!
