Weapons weapon models, sound and random textures dissapear

Problem: Weapons, weapon models, sounds, and random textures disappear at random times.

Sometimes it happens in the middle of a match after spawning, sometimes after being revived, and sometimes right at the beginning of the match.
I’ve tried clearing the cache, running the game as administrator, reinstalling the game, verifying the game files, and reinstalling my GPU drivers.
I’ve also experimented with different in game settings.
I'm running the game on a powerful new PC with Intel and Nvidia hardware, and it’s installed on a fast M.2 SSD.
