When the game starts, it kills my internet connection

Problem Video BF6

I've played most of the Battlefield series — BF3, 4, 5, 1, Hardline, and 2042 — and I never experienced anything like this before 2042.

In fact, I've never had any other game cause this kind of issue — until BF2042.

When BF2042 launches, it completely kills my internet connection, rendering my network totally unusable.
The only way to recover is to restart the entire computer.

I reported this issue about a year and a half ago, and I even made a forum post about it.
But as of August 8, 2025, this problem still has not been fixed in BF2042.

Now, unbelievably, the new sequel BF6 has perfectly reproduced the same issue.

BF6 kills my internet connection the moment the game launches —
Different game, same broken behavior.
Did someone seriously just copy-paste the broken network code from 2042?

This problem has been going on for almost two years now.

Please, for the love of god,fix your game.

    Getting this as well. I can't get through a match without BF6 taking down my entire Internet connection.

    Have almost the same issue. On me it happens with the new beta update in midgame. I can start BF6, play some minutes and my connection get lost, reconnect, lost and so on.. pretty stupid and sad cuz the game is pretty good for me. On first beta weekend that didnt happen.

    I am now having this issue with week two of the beta, I had no idea this was a bug.
