Exact same issue. I played the beta once and then received an email a couple of days later stating my account was banned with no reason provided. I appealed, but got a statement that they're confirming the ban - again, with no stated reason. Not sure what to do at this point since I had preordered the phantom edition of BF6. No, I don't use cheats.

That’s just straight up awful. I’m sorry you spent money on the phantom edition just to be permanently banned without a clear reason. This is so ridiculous, and I have to imagine the ban system is automated, no actual human interaction, and bans off of next to nothing/ bugs potentially. I haven’t used cheats either, I don’t know if that wasn’t clear enough in my post, as indicated by other replies, so I don’t understand where these bans are coming from, but hopefully somebody sets it straight and gives us back our accounts, specifically those unfairly banned

Yeah, it seems completely arbitrary. There needs to be some sort of due process and the ability to appeal alone isn't sufficient. I asked for the specific grounds for my ban and all I got was that they confirmed it and that I need to review the TOS. Completely unacceptable. People spend their time and money on their games and they can't even provide the common courtesy of providing some sort of customer service.
