Even through the appeal service, its awful and doesn't give me any clarification. Are you telling me that this specific subpage of their website will suddenly help me out more than the other avenues I've already tried? Also do you have any idea why this page is buried, because I did not find this page anywhere when I was trying to find ways to get in contact with EA in terms of my ban.
