I am the same. I pre-ordered the Phantom Edition and played for three days. When I woke up, my account was banned. I don’t know why. I didn’t get any response to my appeal. I contacted the online customer service today and he told me to wait for 10 days.

By the way, I also registered with EA in 2015, and I have purchased and played every game. If EA can't handle this issue well, I think the new Battlefield will not be attractive to me.

Same here. I've had an ea account since 2013 and have never used cheats. Only device I use is the standard xbox controller but for some reason I got banned. Makes no sense because I would go 4-17 every game lol. Reached out to get more information but ive gotten no response. The case I submitted to ea says its been resolved but nothing happened and they said nothing. Great games but the worst customer service in the industry.

Just so ridiculous, and it's all likely because it's being outsourced to a service bot, which doesn't know left from right. Especially with the anticipation of such a huge title being released, you would think they'd put a little more manpower into their customer service, since there is bound to be so many issues upon beta and release.

That's so insanely messed up. The customer service is so awful, and they better fix it before the game drops completely.
