Xbox maybe PSN

Got the beta code made an ea account linked it to my Xbox account and now I get stuck in this loop of reset my password and can’t connect to servers, the QR code that comes up for password reset spazzes out and brings me to a 404 error page and then the can’t connect to servers one kinda just brings me to a basic page. Has anyone figured this out yet. I’m unsure what todo and making me not want to come over to battlefield
