Bug compensation BF Pro

Hello !

I am writing this here since this is what was recommended to me from a counselor on the EA help chat. 

Basicly I got the game in pre-order on EA play, at the same time as my girlfriend. Due to the technical error at launch for people who buyed the game on the EA play apps, we received the battlepass for free. Which was really nice. But I still decided to buy the BF pro "status" because it said that people already owning the battlepass would receive an amount of BF coins equivalent to the price of the battlepass, since it was included in the price of the BF pro. Yet, when I buyed BF pro, I received the associated reward with the battlepass and BF pro status, but didn't receive any extra battlefield coins as promised in the store. 

Could someone lend me some help ?
