BF6 Launch Issue/Perks

Good afternoon,

I pre-ordered BF6 on the EA app and was one of the people who waited for 8 hours for the game to get up and running. Once it did, I saw on Twitter that EA was going to release extra perks to the people who had issues as an apology. I waited and never received anything over the weekend. I instantly submitted a missing content EA case (225340894) after the weekend and have yet to hear back from anyone. How come I wasn't included (I have all the proof of order and issues) and how do I go about getting the promised perks?
