EA App issues on release day — Missing compensation
Hello,
I’m opening this ticket because I experienced the same issue many players reported on release day.
I tried to play from the very first minute after the game launched at 17:00 CET, but due to the EA App issues it was impossible to play. I couldn’t access the game until almost 6 hours later.
As you already know, EA mentioned that all affected players would receive compensation for these launch problems, specifically:
12x Career Boosters
12x Hardware Boosters
Season 1 Battle Pass
I still haven’t received any of these rewards. Could you please check my account and confirm when the compensation will be applied?
Boosters should have been delivered during the first weekend and now season 1 already started.
