You posted up on multiple social platforms that you are giving compensation to ALL affected by the release date & time mess up due to licensing issues right?
You then also claimed you were giving everyone effected by this ( I was made to wait nearly 7 hours ) 24 free boosters and either season 1 free or season 2 free with Phantom Edition pre orders ( which I had ). Which I found very very generous right? **WRONG**
Because it was false. Because not only did i NOT receive anything BUT I spent a lengthy time not only in EA chat with your customer services then i get transferred to the 'claimed' proper department to talk to a specialist about the issue. Only to be basically told 'tough' we don't issue compensation which you have been promised if you've not got it by now tough luck we don't issue them manually. So not only were we lied to about release times but your customer services & dedicated team to certain issues didn't really care that I paid nearly £100 pre ordering The Phantom Edition only to be made to wait 7 hours.
Then to have EA very very kindly claim we're giving everyone effected on the EA App pre orders free stuff but then go back on their claim and promise just made me think and feel like I was stabbed in the back. Yes they didn't have to give out compensation, I never asked for it in the first place so it was kind of them to do this, but when I go nearly a week after its release to official chat and put ticket in about not getting anything only to be told tough luck, well this issue really sucks and the way your chat staff handled it was again complete and utter trash and need retraining on how to speak to customers. Ive been a fan of BF games ever since they came out in 2002 with 1942, my favorite being BF3 and Vietnam but I can tell you this after the worst release of any game Ive ever purchased because someone failed to secure licensing, well I wont be buying and definitely pre-ordering anything from here again no matter how much I love BF games.
EA, as a fan of your games, I'm very disappointed
