Instant unlocks not appearing

I have uninstalled the game and reinstalled it to no avail. Verified the files through steam and cleared caches. I originally had the base game and decided to get battlefield pro. After getting the upgrade through stream it downloads on it's own so I log back in and see I only have some rewards. Reading the instant unlocks page from left to right I am missing #'s 1-5 which include 3 character skins, 1 parachute skin, and a weapon package. There is a message over the items I am supposed to have already that says "Unlocked through Battle Pass Recruit tier 0."
