Missing compensation from failed Launch on EA-APP

Hi everyone!

I got the Problem, that on Launch of Bf6 on EA-App the compensationpack is still missing.

I filed a report on 12.October until now, they said the packs are now complete and there is no possible way to get it until i make a post with enough likes to get the management to work. I wrote numeros reports since then and still got the kick without any changes....

Iám already angry, that i need to work around like this, like game issues from within.

Now i get to write a topic about on forum, because nobody can help me otherwise. It´s still damage for me without Battlepass 1 and the 12 token from the failed launch... I hope now to get enough guys to vote and recieve the package...
