When i signed up for all of the playtest opportunities for EA i have selected my first choice and second choice for each play test. Yes, it stated at the top of the page that participation would be rewarded by a game key before selecting your preferred game. I completed the all playtests and have filled out all surveys available but never have received a game key. I've taken part in "Skate", "Battlefield 6", and "NHL 26". Is this is a lie to get people to play the beta or is have you just forgotten to get the keys to the people who play the beta?

I'm not aware of any guarantee to receive a full game key for participating in a beta. That is simply volunteer work with a possible bonus for participating (such as early access to the Battlefield open beta for those that signed up for labs). I'm not aware of any guarantee to get the full game for free (assuming I'm understanding your post) - and obviously, skate being free-to-play means that it wouldn't be needed in that regard.

When you are filling out the information to sign up for the playtest I have always seen in the beginning section at the top participation will be rewarded with one of the two choice games. I only ask because it was literally stated a game key would be given and that hasn't happened. I understand its voluntary.
