where is my free battlepass ? 

Yep failed again alright, gotta say this is the worse battlefield experience I've ever had since I started with BF2.  I was annoyed my battlepass wasn't free as promised but then again I'm giving up on this game anyway its just a mess.

Let this post go viral so we don’t forget what they promised us  once again, they are not keeping their word.

EA trying to scam its playerbase well well well .....

I got the boosters eventually but never received the battlepass.

I was assuming it was because I kinda played for about 2 minutes on a rubbish portal server.

Actually, they lied to us and promised us a free battle pass as compensation for their game launch, specifically for the EA App
I also have 1100 points to buy it and I wouldn’t even mind paying 25 euros. That’s not the point. They promised us.

I'm chatting with one of their agents right now, and sent him the link to the original posts about this "compensation" so hopefully it gets sent up the chain. 

doubt it, Im a few steps ahead of you. Not only do I get a different Agent responding to my ticket all the time, but they also say the same **bleep** every time. "not every player gets the season pass" despite the fact that I bought the Season pass. I also pointed out the official statement, even sent a screenshot, though they keep saying that not every player gets them. I asked them to point out another official statement that said otherwise, though the response to that was - yet again, and I quote - "Sadly, but battlepass is not being granted to every player" 

Yeah, bought the Phantom Edition for the Day1 on EA Desktop, had the same issue, where is the free BattlePass DICE? it's been 4 days and still nothing.

This is just ridiculous how EA and the Battlefield team are handling this issue. It's been more than a week and no response from anyone.
