Still Missing Tombstone Pack
Good morning all, I have yet to receive my Tombstone pack from launch. I pre-ordered the physical copy of the Phantom Edition from Walmart and used the code within the case. I have been given the run around from EA despite showing evidence that I have the phantom skins and not the tombstone pack like advertised. I redeemed my code on launch day around 11pm EST if that helps any. Is there any advice anyone can give me in regards to getting ahold of an agent via chat or phone to straighten this out? EA help tickets are useless because they just close them without even doing anything with it. Please help, this is frustrating. I'm on Xbox Series X. I have gotten a refund from Walmart in hopes that I would receive a physical Tombstone pack code in my case and I once again did not receive one. I'm clueless as what to do b
