when do we get our compensation for launch mess

Question

Firstly i bought my game 3 weeks before launch and counted down everyday with excitement especially because the game felt so good in the betas. so here we are today with almost 3 weeks passed since kick off and i still havent recieved anything from EA to compensate for having to wait 8 hours to play on EA but yet others have my young lad has recieved his and he bought his game a day before launch. he also got free BattlePass. now thats active im missing out again. i didnt buy the battlepass because i supposedly getting a free season 1.

am i missing something, i know im not the only one. is there something i have to do to instigate the process. if there is something i should read about this feel free to point me there.

I haven't received mines either... and a buddy of mine also hasn't received his too. We even put a case up and they keep closing it saying to check the loadouts tab... what?!

I havnt recived any compensation either and i dont know if i ever will :/How can we reach out to them?

Compensation? Why should anyone getting compensation? This was a smooth as hell launch i haven't seen in a long time.

But again and again people don't learn not to pre-purchase or not to buy games on day 1.
