Where is the compensation for those of us who pre-ordered on the EA App?

It's been 28 days since EA promised to compensate all players who pre-ordered Battlefield 6 and couldn't play since launch. So far, I'm still waiting. No XP booster tokens and now no Battle Pass. Or was it just a strategy to calm the community down at the time and get out of the situation?

I pre-ordered with the hope of being there from the very first minute, and to my surprise, I couldn't play. Are you telling me that what's circulating in some publications is true? That those who entered the firing range or tried to access a Portal server at that time will receive nothing? That would be a total mockery.

Excluding from compensation those who tried or attempted a solution to play a title they paid for, which did not work due to EA's error, is unacceptable. Do they really expect me to buy the battle pass or skins now? Sure, just wait for me.

I will never pre-order anything from EA again. And don't make promises you're not going to keep.

    I am the same. Spent the money to pre-order, got home to play and said I had to purchase to play. Where is the compensation EA? Lying scumbags as usual. Literally just bought FC 26 through steam and its telling me I cannot launch it and to delete the steam version to launch? What morons are making these prompts. I bought it on steam and is the only version of the game i have???

    If an XP boost is enough to placate you, count your blessings that you do not have real problems to worry about. Seriously? Grow up.

    What are you talking about? I paid in advance for a game that I couldn't play when it was released. I had to wait over 6 hours to access it, and now I'm claiming something that they themselves promised as compensation.

    It's not my fault that you're a conformist and don't stand up for yourself. If you like applauding while big companies make fun of you, that's your business. But I'm not going to stay silent.

    Tried to create ticket - they blocked creating any tickets by that theme, :D what a losers.

    Same here I did try to follow a workaround I saw online, was it on a youtube short where you spam x to get into a searchable server. Wild! EA needs to make good on their announcements, how are they meant to foster good relations if they don't carry out on their promises.
