Why don't they preload the beta of BF 6

Hello dear developers. Why am I not given early access to preloading in the incentive? I fulfilled all the conditions that were there. I connected my steam profile to EA. I watched the broadcast and got the key. But still not in the steam. It's just a shame if I'm supposed to be in beta on the 7th and only get into the open on the 14th.
